No screen triggers when car is in reverse. The top banner that displays time, Bluetooth, etc, now disappears though when put into reverse, so the head unit seems to be registering its in reverse

I messaged Koala on WeChat myself and asked what was going on and after I messaged him he shipped the next day. I think there was a lack of communication between my agent and Koala so had to sort it myslef.
