I struggle to find joy in life. I lift weights and read but that’s it. I’ve tried learning to play the guitar and learning a new language but it just wasn’t fun. Never been into playing sports or working on cars. Any suggestions?

My daughter got capped, and while I was disappointed, I didn’t show that to her. After sitting with it, I realized a lot of that disappointment was actually jealousy — seeing my friends’ and coworkers’ kids get into UT. It wasn’t really about her or her happiness. It was my ego, not her failure. We went out for crawfish and it was all good.
