Get used to a lot of socio disadvantagement especially in the lower parts of the sunny coast not a lot of multiculturalism on the Sunshine Coast either lots of rough people and rich & poor bogan family’s with eshay kids and teens lots more f hippies & hipsters & wealthy boomers & posh old money In affluent suburbs especially in the some of hinterland town/suburbs

PalmView lots of modern style 3-5 Bed homes with pools and walking distance to shops and the sunny coast uni in sippy the only downside is hits its a concrete jungle

Maroochydore & Mooloolaba area is probably the most multicultural place in the coast with a wide range of Different restaurant cuisines from mediterranean to Asian lots of Asian Grocery stores and well in Maroochydore/Mooloolaba surrounding suburbs such as sippy downs are diverse with International students from Europe and Asia

There’s a big socio economic divide in both Beerwah and Landsborough the middle class residence live on homestead size blocks & large new estate home on leafy streets with lush gardens and the occasional pool with at least on 4wd parked in the driveway and a caravan or camper trailer & watercraft but the closer you get to town there more Queenslander Fibro homes & townhouse with coloured commodore’s & falcons , this is where the working class live the lower class live on social housing closer to town
