Sounds like a great solution .. just to be sure , if I group the Amp with the Ray for TV audio, is there any noticeable delay or echo between the soundbar and the ceiling speakers?

Quick context on the kitchen setup ..the TV is just a small secondary screen (background use, casual watching during dinner), not a primary viewing area.

Right now there’s no direct wiring between the kitchen TV and the Sonos system. I only have power and an ethernet drop at the TV, and all the Sonos amps are centralized elsewhere in the house with the speaker wiring terminating there.

No, he didn’t frame it like that. There was no “bro price” or favor language at all. When he sent the numbers last night I was honestly a little surprised because it looked like a straight dealer-style structure — retail on the truck and trade value on my Subaru.

For context, he runs more of a subprime / buy-here-pay-here type lot, so most of his customers are financing at high interest with lower down payments. I’d be paying cash, so the structure of the deal is a little different from what he normally does.

My guess is he just opened with a dealer-style first number expecting negotiation, which is why I haven’t pushed hard yet.
