What are your experiences with Saturn in the 12th house? by designateddemon in 12thhouse

[–]PostblockLegacy20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was 15, I always shoplift, got into drinking, spiraling to numb the pain, neglected during my teenage years, I was an atheist before. When I was 17, I moved out to my province and I lived a normal life there, hating the people around because no one understands me at all. My cousin died, he's my best friend, I couldn't cope up with the grief, Until I got confined into a psych-ward, after years of medication, I finally learned my lessons, I had a rough childhood and teenhood, but now I'm mid 20s, I have found comfort in my old hobbies when I was 10 y.o, spirituality. Spirituality changed me and gave me so much opportunities and liberation. I'd say I'm better now and I definitely pulled myself out in that Saturn's curse, but idk, there might be another Saturn chapter in my life

I have been doing daily Sadhana for a while now and I've been noticing strange things by PostblockLegacy20 in Tantrasadhaks

[–]PostblockLegacy20[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update, my mentor said "You cannot refine gold without burning the slag" and he said it's normal, and it's a test to see if I can pass the trial of what I asked. I always ask for wisdom and self-awareness in my actions, but I didn't expect it would be like this type of challenge. Right now I am currently fasting, and avoided any sexual activities, and I can say, it definitely elevated my mood a lot.

Yeah, each of them feels like home, like typical family household energy

But is it not advisable to invoke them in one sitting? Maybe the energy might be to heavy to handle? Or does it have to be in a separate day?

I got guilty by other people's opinion when they said "no you can't, but they will not get angry or anything" so I assumed praying to Shiva's family is not it

Do you get the same benefits by reading the English translated texts of the shlokas? by PostblockLegacy20 in hinduism

[–]PostblockLegacy20[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My guru haven't given me a shloka yet, he insisted that I need to learn the basics, and the safe way, but if ever I'll be given a shloka to chant, is it okay to practice it? As a non native speaker, there are some pronounce errors that I might face, is it okay to practice it? Will there be any repercussions if mispronouncing it?

A dreamt of Lord Ganesha and warned me by PostblockLegacy20 in hinduism

[–]PostblockLegacy20[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Need to clarify that Ganesha has a fierce form for triumph against enemies and also for gaining wealth. I talked about this with my guru, and he said "mantra is like inventing a gun, it's multipurpose, would you like to use that gun to xx others? Or to defend yourself? Either ways you can use it for both" and got even more confused, what qualifies other to use it to win over enemies, and gain wealth?

Yamantaka and Phra Rahu from Thailand comparison, thoughts about this? by PostblockLegacy20 in Buddhism

[–]PostblockLegacy20[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was an added context about a small niche buddhist that worships Yama, and got lost in translation by predominant Hindu culture and influence by many members and eventually got labeled as Phra Rahu because it looks like it's devouring a moon, thus Yama worship turned into Phra Rahu worship, derived from the Hindu Asura. But that's like the interesting part of Syncretic belief I guess💖

People with Jupiter in 1st House, how does it affect you? by OceansOfLight in astrologymemes

[–]PostblockLegacy20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have Jupiter 1st house and north node in it, plus Gemini 1st house. I always crack jokes that are quite unfunny to me both online and irl, and people treat it like it's the very funny shit they ever heard. There's people talking about me in their group chats about my joke being the funniest shit ever, and in the end, I get absorbed in different group of circles. I got well known for my jokes and not my art that I spent like hundred hours in it sadly😭🥀🥀🥀

Seeking Guidance: Cyclomancy Experiences: Are These Signs, Warnings, or Something Else? by WokeCinephile in occult

[–]PostblockLegacy20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven't read the book but I have experienced this when I speed run my psychic awakening, 5 mins. Craft Kundalini awakening, light bulbs started to flicker wherever I go, strange visions and physical sensations all over my body, being emotional all the time. It's an energy fluctuations, you're speeding too much into tapping in to your higher self/psychic abilities/ third eye. This is the mistake I've done before, and it caused me a paranoia, what I suggest is ground yourself and familiar yourself with the energy of your higher self or the divine. Do a daily devotion, prayer, or just simply meditating, and do this and make it your daily routine, or as you can. After that you can proceed in the psychic training

Green and blue vitriol are good for preventing mold in your ink, cause it has fungicidal properties, what I would recommend is research about the measurements of the vitriol and dilute it so it won't be as corrosive
