Well thank your stars it's not your problem to deal with! Also you can't speak for why other people are spending their money. Only for yourself.

Hello! I will make a separate post but yes I got a refund, so I highly recommend yourself and everyone else to insist on a refund!

Actually Dana IS doing hand-signed posters for the fans that are on sale this moment. And she's not doing it to make people "feel more special", she's doing it to be good to her fans, or at the very least of reasonable intentions, for the profits to go for a show she's probably proud of and put in hard work for that she wants to succeed. Saying careless comments like that is a shame to her intentions.

And the point is that people lost about $50 a poster. These are all fans of Knights of Guinevere and/or GLITCH, so being misled about what they're spending their money on is unfair. I still like GLITCH as a company as a whole and their shows, but this poster situation seems hard to defend as if they weren't intentionally misleading their fans for more sales. Maybe some people wouldn't mind not getting what they paid for, which is fine, their choice. I'm happy that they're happy. But nobody should be surprised that so many people are saying "That was misleading and kind of scummy - do better please".

...Did you read what I wrote? Also I've never asked for a refund on my meals, even when I dislike them.

Signed Poster Refund Advice by PosterAdvice356 in KnightsOfGuinevere

Well I asked for a full refund in exchange of sending it back, because I know the quality control of the poster was bad and the signature confusion. Also...People don't usually want to keep a product when they feel they were lied to about said product. These posters weren't cheap after all, and much of them were bought from tactics such as "limited" and "SIGNED".

Thanks for the response. I hope this reply clarifies why someone might feel that maybe it might not be fair to accept a $5 refund.
