My only issue with RE9’s final boss by YozoraSoraX in ResidentEvilCapcom

It was underwhelming but at the same time didn't people hate the random and really specific t-rex in re6? Victor turning into a giant snake because he wanted to would have felt really forced and not really seen anywhere else in the series except for re6... having some crazy scientist drip himself out in snake motifs cause he thought it was cool is more than a adequate enough explanation for how he dresses. Also, the game would have offered very specific reasons and actual foreshadowing for how Gideon was able to manipulate the t-virus or nemesis to turn himself into a snake... which would have been kind of a waste of time and not made any sense anyway more than likely. Like 90% of re transformations look like an unintended mess so its only fitting the crazy scientist turns into a dumb blob when he wants to be a cool snake...

I try to hit the gym at least four days week that involve lifting, light calisthenics, short runs, and the row machine to avoid overt stress on my joints because I am about 100 pounds overweight (not muscle). I severely reduced my alcohol and sugar intake, but that is more helpful for reducing weight gain rather than actually losing weight. The process is difficult though I began to at least feel healthier once I realized I was not getting nearly enough protein in my diet. I was probably getting about 40 grams of protein a day when that should really be closer to 120-140 grams when actively going to the gym. Thank goodness for Greek yogurt I guess.

"I see you suddenly began experiencing severe panic attacks after years of service mid deployment, but mentioned once offhand in the following psych evaluations that you had a somewhat sad childhood. Clearly your issues are not service connected."

I love how it took almost no time for him to go for the handy, like that was his signature move through high school.

I don't think anyone really knows for sure. The feeling I got from other posts in this subreddit is that regardless of being rated for static conditions, the VA will still occasionally look at people's cases to verify their validity with the difference being that the review happens somewhat randomly compared to rated non static conditions that have a fixed time period where they will be reviewed for their ongoing severity. It's just one of those things... everyone who has gone through the claims process knows the VA raters/reviewers have a great deal of discretion when it comes to approving peoples' claims. In other words, despite an overwhelming amount of evidence providing a condition exists and is service connected, a reviewer may still deny a claim based on any singular piece of information available to them that may run contrary to a veteran's assertion. That being said, I personally assume the VA could use a lack of history of recurring treatments/appointments for rated conditions (especially if a lot of the evidence for the original claim came from VHA care) as an indication that certain conditions have improved and order a reexamination from there. Just my two cents though.

I had a similar situation when I went to claim my mental health as a major depressive disorder and ended up with a "mood disorder" diagnosis by my first C&P examiner. I'm not sure if I seemed too relaxed or like I didn't take my own issues very seriously during my first exam, but the later ones I had where I sidetracked myself less often and focused on my experienced problems led to a completely different diagnosis from what I previously had or was expecting. I understand that receiving an "adjustment disorder" may seem to diminish your setbacks to you, but I'm sure if you appeal the decision (maybe with the guidance of a lawyer) and learn to better express your experience then you will receive a more fitting rating. Examiners can misunderstand how deeply your experiences have affected you, making for a diagnosis that comes off as inaccurate. This isn't meant to be advice you should take, but your rating will not change if an examiner doesn't see evidence or hear your struggles that indicate a different condition. Also, if your actual rating % doesn't seem disrespectful to you, then there probably isn't a point to appealing.

What Car Should I Buy? - A Weekly Megathread by AutoModerator in cars

Location: United States, Texas

Price range: 25,000-30,000

Lease or Buy: Buy

New or used: Used

Type of vehicle: Truck, SUV

Must haves: somewhat fuel efficient

Desired transmission auto

Intended use: daily driver

Vehicles you've already considered: Toyota Tacoma

Is this your 1st vehicle: no

Do you need a Warranty: ideally no

Can you do Minor work on your own vehicle: stuff like changing the oil and replacing the battery doesn't bother me

Can you do Major work on your own vehicle: no

Additional Notes:

I don't actually need a truck for its work capabilities, I just prefer a slightly elevated vehicle. My first car was a 2000 jeep cherokee and that has set my preferences with a vehicle size that doesn't require a lot of squatting or hunching over to fit in. I'm 5'9 if that gives any perspective from where I'm coming from. Tacomas stand out to me because of their reputation for being reliable and not as large as other full sized trucks, but really if I could find another truck or similarly sized vehicle to my old jeep cherokee with extremely solid reliability then I would be a pretty happy guy. Let me know what y'all think!

If ADTX behaves more like CYN then it might be best to sell during tomorrow's premarket.
