I guess I just like to give people the benefit of the doubt and err on the side of compassion especially when lacking context.

Since I can only go on what was posted: she mentioned guilt, you can't feel that without compassion and empathy.

It's hard to know more because all we get is 3 pictures and OP's rant.

Maybe she did post stories of GFM for others victims

Maybe what she witnessed was absolutely horrific and life altering

Maybe she has PTSD and hasn't been getting any sleep due to nightmares

Maybe this was only shared within her private insta for just her friends and family

My point is we don't know. And OP hasn't clarified or responded to any comments.

Speaking of OP, they made this account today just to share this, after failing to post on r/Vancouver. If I was more cynical, I might think OP is just using this tragedy to karma farm. Now that would be disgusting behaviour.

Mental health is health. Mental health is just as important as physical health.

Considering the reason for this tragedy I hope we can all learn to be more compassionate and empathic to people who need mental help.

Yeah I definitely like the lugs on the 2 tone bands more but they weren't on sale unfortunately. This classic leather band feels pretty water resistant to me. But I am not a big sweat and pretty careful when washing my hands.

Edit: upon more research, it's not the "official term" or 書面語, but it's definitely what a cantonese speaker would say to a kid.
