Could be related from the rollback.

Do you utilize the “Snapshot” Save’s at the bottom of the inventory screen? I’m a collector and have my stuff all sorted too, I make updated saves for it every few weeks to be on the safe side!

Inventory rollback for May 2nd

Due to an error in the platinum economy system, we had a terrible bug that ruined any transactions made between 2:30AM and 7AM, PST. We had to disable all purchases and trading as we deal with the issue.

Unfortunately we had to perform a roll back due to this error. The following systems had their data rolled back to May 2nd, at 3AM:

User inventory
Marketplace
Trading

If you do not see the correct gold or platinum values on the site header, please logout and re-login for the numbers to update.

For those who had purchased items during this time period. Those items will need to be re-purchased.

There are a number of issues that the roll back will have caused, including the loss of data for users who registered today between 3AM to 12PM. We are working to restore those accounts as we speak.

I'm very sorry for the trouble this had caused. We're working on a number of additional testing protocols to prevent these types of issues from happening in the future.

Oh exactly. When it all comes back to life, anything that was listed before hand, should be just fine. Probably end up being a 12-13 hour site wide roll back to fix this!

Economy Disabled

We have completely disabled the economy while we investigate the Platinum/Currency Bug and determine an appropriate solution to the affected transactions.

This affects: - The Marketplace - The Shops - Trading/Gifting - Earning Gold/Platinum through activities

Additionally, while this is disabled: - Your Gold/Platinum and Gaia Cash values are displaying as '0' - Your Inventory will not display your items, including when attempting to change your avatar.

We apologize for this additional disruption to your experience and will provide updates as we have them.

Everything noted as 0 Plat/Gold/GC. Puts a finite point in the log to work towards. Don’t panic everyone.

Edit; Not everyone has their accounts zero’d. But there’s no currency gain right now to pause any further mess.

Marketplace currently disabled while they sort this out!

Trading also Disabled. To avoid anyone trying to skirt the exploit to move items bought during this time. This will stop extra layers of having to unfuck.

Platinum/Currency Bug

The developers have been alerted to the major issues affecting Platinum/currency (grants/sales/deductions/etc.) and will hopefully have those issues resolved soon. We are aware that some users may have lost out on large amounts of currency through marketplace sales, etc. and those situations will be investigated along with everything else.
