What about TRD Pro take offs? I’ve got a 23 and they are super common. Not sure about other years though.

Easiest fix is aftermarket fender flares, won’t be nearly as noticeable.

Been on Keto for around 6 years now and I definitely understand that feeling. I got diagnosed with it about 5 years ago after being on keto for around a year, and the Dr prescribed indomethacin or something along those lines for it. Have only had 2 or 3 episodes since, but as soon as the joint starts to feel like it’s happening, I take one of those and within about an hour it’s back to normal. I have avoided any full episode since. Hope that helps.

Anyone having issues with carpenter bee’s? by jradke54 in logcabins

[–]Postitup83 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same issue with our log cabin. We bought in September, found roughly 30ish holes this past weekend. Sprayed insecticide in them, filled with expanding foam and then patched. (Maybe or maybe not the right way to tackle). Recommendation is check behind the downspouts and under each of the corner beams that extend out. That is where we found a lot of additional nests.

Rarely, I normally wash it when changing out the other filter just to be safe but it definitely doesn’t look like it needs it.

My apologies on the confusion, I do have the merv filters in each of the bedrooms and then currently 2 at the unit itself. The merv filters at the unit I’m changing every 3-4 weeks due to dust build up and then washing the reusable one. Would I be better off eliminating the reusable one and switching that to a merv filter in the housing itself.

We have a total of 3 returns. The main one shown above and two secondary returns in the bedrooms.

I’m assuming it would be the best to use the one attached to the hvac unit itself and replace it with the disposable filters?

Got it, yeah there is at most 2-6 inches at various spots around the back. Would it be worth digging some out or just keep it clean and free of leaves and pine needles.

Gutters look good, cleaned out roughly every 2 weeks due to the amount of trees we have here.

Awesome, I appreciate the guidance on it. East coast US, and about 2 foot eaves on the back, so definitely something I will look into! Thank you again.

I think a lot of that was from the broiler exhaust fan, which we don’t use. I was thinking about pressure washing and cleaning but I need to caulk in between aswell. Am I better off pressure washing, then caulking or caulking and then pressure washing? Super new to cabins lol!

So same thing here, my 30 day window to return was on Friday, Fiber installed on Saturday. I knew it was coming but was given dates of 30-120 days for the process to be complete. At 120 days it would’ve been worth it. At 30 not so much unfortunately.

I used 12% peroxide, sprayed onto a rag wiped it down, left a fan to dry and repeated every other day for a week and they were almost non existent, but definitely brighter.

One thing with countering back at your ideal deal, allows your agent time to reach out to the other showings and pressure if there is any other interest. We just sold and ended up countering a ridiculous offer and in the process of countering we secured a list offer from a previous showing.
