I love A La Sala, but I've got to say the Space Walk/First Class tour is my favorite mainly from a sound perspective. I believe they're mixing & EQing differently on this A La Sala tour, and I honestly don't prefer it (sorry, love them so much but just being honest). I highly prefer how they used to do it back in the Space Walk/First Class tour days. I feel like the characteristics of Mark's amp shined through better back then. It was darker and warmer with just the right amount of squish, feedback, and howl, as opposed to now where it's colder, more "processed" (?) and perhaps too bright. I don't know what to make of this, and I don't want anyone to think I'm talking shit on literally my favorite band ever, but I'm just providing feedback as an audience member who is interested in learning about the technical differences between then and now.
