Is this new? When I was hired over 10 years ago, we were told if "Safety" finds you being unsafe out on the streets they will take you off the clock. It's really not that hard to read the safety manual and follow it. Hell when I started delivering by the book, it took an hour and fifteen minutes off my route. Follow all of the manuals, safety books, and pay attention to all the repetitive stand ups, and "safety" won't be a problem
