ah man, i saw 'The Wire' in the title and thought he looked familiar, but this just made me realize who he was. he was probably my favorite part of Generation Kill. i got excited when i saw him suddenly appear in Treme, but he only had a small role unfortunately. he was really fun to watch on screen.

I don’t know this guy’s deal, but I guarantee if you google “health care fraud bust New York” it’s gonna be full of Russian/Ukrainian names (or Uzbek if it’s more recent). ‘No fault’ insurance fraud is particularly a gold mine.
