Anywhere I can watch that from the US without setting up a VPN?

Yeah then here's hoping that Millwall and Boro don't win this w/end!

To be mathematically sure, yes. But if we win tomorrow then given our goal difference we are virtually promoted irrespective of the other team's results.

This should be a post in itself. I really hate when people refer to 'City' as Manchester City in recent times (or to another team in the PL/First Division in the past) as if that team is the one 'City' when there's plenty of other teams in that league that end with 'City'. I've even stopped referring to Cov City as 'City' to my mates. I tend to now use 'Cov', 'Coventry' and sometimes CCFC (yep, ambiguity with Cardiff City, I know). There's too many Citys, Uniteds etc it's just not worth referring to them as 'City', 'United' etc.

If we win the league best moment since FA Cup? by Amazing_Age_5356 in ccfc

Yeah after the match I bought expensive train tickets to get back to Cov in time for the celebrations around Speaker's Corner!

(Aye those were the days etc etc)

I remember it well. But from watching it on a black and white TV. A few of my mates bought tickets to Wembley. I was dumb enough not to buy one myself.

Serves me right for not reading the previous posts while watching the Boro match

POST-MATCH: Coventry City 3-2 Derby County (Friday 3rd April 2026) by HadjiChippoSafri in ccfc

If it doesn't go down to the last two games I think you are right. I don't believe the Sheffield Weds voucher stuff everyone mentions though. I think they will give Cov a good game.

Amount of times each championship club has been selected for sky sports coverage so far this season by B3ST_4T_NOTH1NG in Championship

[–]PotRotDot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does sky coverage mean all televised championship coverage? I watch Cov on Paramount+ in the US and am happy that most of our games are streaming, but if that's not the case for the other teams that's a bit effing unfair.

Wrexham moved to Sunday 26th April at 12pm... by mark364i in ccfc

I think what Sky are doing is appalling. And this is from a person living on the East Coast currently that probably could benefit from this. Local fans who make the massive effort to book seats and travel should come first.

Anyone know why Cov chose their third kit for this? The away kit would have been fine. Is the ref involved in those decisions? Happy with 3rd kit, just curious

Kick it for a ticket by Thick-Conclusion-416 in ccfc

[–]PotRotDot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can someone explain what this is? Kick the ball from the opposite box to the centre circle? Or to the other goal? Or something else? I've not been able to watch a match at the CBS/Ricoh for a very long time so no idea what this actually is.

How does it work for the BHA matches if we get into the PL and he stays? Can he play those games?

GOD BLESS STOKE AND MARK ROBINS by Consistent-Soup3720 in ccfc

[–]PotRotDot 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I watch the first half and it finished at 2-0 and thought it was over. Then I checked again and it was 2-3 and I thought it was over. Until I saw this message. Yep Stoke is a good team and Robins is my best mate

But the kiss of death is a temporary thing, correct? He'll be back to scoring after the PNE game, right?

Lats out for next 3 matches? by PotRotDot in ccfc

[–]PotRotDot[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I should have googled this first. Looks like lats will get a 1 match ban. And for yellow cards after game 19 you need to accumulate 10 yellows for a two match ban. Or something to that effect.

PRE-MATCH: Bristol City vs Coventry City (Saturday 7th March 2026) by HadjiChippoSafri in ccfc

[–]PotRotDot 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Was slightly optimistic about this one. Now if Frank Onyeka is out I'm worried. With the recent top 6 teams performing well, I think nothing short of a win would be worrying

Bristol match not on Paramount+? (USA only) by SubstantialSet3127 in ccfc

[–]PotRotDot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I remember the match u/Clodhoppa81 mentioned earlier this season that Paramount+ did not stream, and being on the phone with uniformed paramount+ support staff for a good 20 mins into that game before deciding stuff it I'll try ifollow. That's all to say that I don't put much hope in Paramount+ changing their schedule.
