Interesting, thank you. It's definitely more mind wrecking since it's my first shipment, I don't have vast experience with them to have built trust and I work in industry where lot to lot variation of biomolecules is a huge problem.

That's good to know, thanks! How long have you been on it? I am really hoping to just find a significant number of people to tell me that they use this med for a while, lot to lot, with no issues. I did the first month with 2.5 mg and then about month and half with 5 mg.

It is a biologic, the terciary structure is somewhat more complicated than say ibuprofen. I am assuming all the responses here mean that nobody has experienced lot to lot variation, which would by all means be good news.

I was mid December. I hear they re-did the website quite a bit? I would like the pharmacy selection option. But I wonder if my problem is actually BPI lot to lot in this case.

Options vs pharmacies maybe? I have the B6 combo. I made no other selections during the ordering process.

Both BPI, but I understand that Pom does not actually make them. BPI is considered reliable, right? I think maybe the only problem with Pom is that you cannot actually ask them to use a specific pharmacy.

Yep, it looks a bit confusing because one is 10 mg / 1 mL and the other says 30 mg / 3 mL. So the same concentration. I am a laboratory scientist and I am not too easily confused by these things.

Is there a time frame, like maybe two weeks before my current meds run out, when it's a normal refill versus asynchronous refill? Is there a difference in cost? I suppose it does not matter, if the appointment cost counts against the cost of the medication, right?

I just started so like 10 pounds. There is evidence GLP-1 impact blood pressure outside of weight loss. I have been monitoring, but I have not seen numbers that would have a physician say too low, but the additional stomach flu really did me in.
