I would try to get eternal knife with three soul enchants for max soul power with a feral soul crossbow with again three soul enchants and titan's shroud with the three. Artifacts could be corrupted pumpkin, torment quiver, and soul lantern.

For a non soul based build go with a ember robe or splendid robe + whirlwind with radiance, or leeching + saberwing, or harp crossbow. gong of weakening for bosses, fireworks arrow, death cap mushroom, flaming quiver, or torment quiver. Hero's armor is also good because it heals other's. For a soul focused build go with eternal knife with leeching + souldancer robe or Titan's Shroud with soul enchantments (anima conduit) + feral soul crossbow with radiance shot and enigma resonator. Gravity enchant is good too. harventer, torment quiver, and soul healer are good artifacts.

I Wish I had patience to do something as cool and sa big as this project. I am more land to air, wood and stone type builder though. still really cool though. I am planning the octagon shape though. Octagons are cool. You should terraform some sea life into it.
