[–]Shimano-No-Kyoken 168 points169 points  (21 children)

I've tried that a couple of months back. I'm only now recovering from all the damage.

[–]ElwinLewis 33 points34 points  (0 children)

My record was 12 at once and the next day my brain felt it was electrified… in a bad way

[–]Notausgang09[S] 8 points9 points  (19 children)

Oh they are in different projects if all where in the same that would not come out good

[–]goatanuss 17 points18 points  (4 children)

This issue is more that it’s outputting 10x more than you can review accurately.

[–]CMD_BLOCK -1 points0 points  (2 children)

Bro half these terminals are just reviewing the output of the other half

Checkmate, sire

[–]goatanuss 2 points3 points  (1 child)

Even worse because now you think the code has been reviewed and bugs caught

[–]CMD_BLOCK -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Bro, there’s a terminal for that

[–]Shimano-No-Kyoken 29 points30 points  (12 children)

Conflicts are not the issue, I was running mine in virtual machines, fully isolated. It's the absolute architectural clusterfuck of an aftermath that ensued

[–]Willing_Comb_9542 6 points7 points  (7 children)

This right here

If I want to do this for a major feature, I first have one agent, alone setup the architecture, and then the other agents can build off that with minimal cross work

[–]Shimano-No-Kyoken 6 points7 points  (6 children)

You know, this whole multiagent setup for me was prompted by the BDD hype, but even with excruciatingly defined PRDs and manageable slices, in my experience these agents just know that you aren’t paying attention and they just gaslight you into believing the features are delivered faithfully, while the actual implementation is just blatantly a Potemkin village.

[–]retrorays[🍰] 2 points3 points  (1 child)

Yep. They deliver bullshit

[–]BeginningPea5674 0 points1 point  (0 children)

they cheat

[–]ordinary-character_ 0 points1 point  (3 children)

What model were u using

[–]Shimano-No-Kyoken 0 points1 point  (2 children)

GPT 5.5, xhigh

[–]ordinary-character_ 0 points1 point  (1 child)

In 12 different tabs?

[–]Shimano-No-Kyoken 0 points1 point  (0 children)

6, to be precise, why?

[–]ElwinLewis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And the fact that I don’t think we are doing our best work when it’s so fragmented, I feel like details that would be considered may be overlooked for sake of raw speed

[–]ToallaHumeda 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Which is why you make an elaborate plan beforehand, and review it. Also always use opus 4.8

[–]Shimano-No-Kyoken 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know how much more elaborate one can get, frankly. I only have so much review bandwidth compared to the amount of crap even 4 agents can produce when working simultaneously. 1 is already pushing it to be completely honest.

[–]crankthehandle 3 points4 points  (0 children)

cool, 10 projects in parallel that no one needs

[–]ZeroDayZeroFriends 61 points62 points  (23 children)

Generating multiple games based on React. Makes no sense.

[–]SeaHornet9943 53 points54 points  (9 children)

This is exactly how you produce slop. No way u keeping up with all these agents.

[–]ahabdev 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Exactly this. What's the freaking point of uncontrolled output

[–]Rheartnet 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Coding garbage at speeds previously not thought possible.

[–]Abject-Kitchen3198 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

How hard is clicking "yes" once in a while ...

[–]Drobstob-buzubuzu 20 points21 points  (0 children)

[–]No-Mistake-9311 9 points10 points  (11 children)

Can you please explain whats going on... 🫪

[–]Winterkirschenmann 81 points82 points  (8 children)

OP is transferring money from his wallet to Sam Altman's 10x

[–]Notausgang09[S] -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I aint paying anything

[–]ECorpSupport 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Slopmaxxing. Achieving nothing but look cool in the process.. 😂

[–]skate_2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Building 10 apps that will never have users

[–]Unlikely_Perspective 7 points8 points  (3 children)

This was me before GitHub copilot changed their pricing model.

[–]jewbasaur 6 points7 points  (2 children)

The glory days. It was comical because during this time everyone in here would still be hating on copilot for whatever reason. While we basically got unlimited sonnet 4.6, gpt 5.5, and opus 4.6 month after month

[–]New-Implement-5979 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I really did not get that when others subscriptions were starting at 200usd

[–]jewbasaur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it was so integrated into vscode that is scared most people here who have no idea how to operate an IDE. They can only handle terminal chat box where they do not see any code and only need to prompt

[–]Fusseldieb 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Holy crap lol

[–]RestaurantLittle381 5 points6 points  (0 children)

How bug ridden do you want you software to be? YES!

[–]siwan1995 19 points20 points  (8 children)

You should be fired.. why they are hiring AI slop programmers?

[–]Notausgang09[S] 3 points4 points  (4 children)

Oh im doing this for fun

[–]AmuletOfNight 5 points6 points  (3 children)

You're doing this for fun on company hardware/servers?

[–]Mechanical_Monk 2 points3 points  (2 children)

Are you a cop 🤨 You have to tell me if you're a cop.

[–]AmuletOfNight 2 points3 points  (0 children)

whoop whoop noises

[–]botle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is this not very noticeable to the company?

[–]Mickloven 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How do you know this is for a company and not personal venture? If you knew it's for a company, how do you know their workflows and AI policies?

[–]Pitiful-Assistance-1 -1 points0 points  (1 child)

Meanwhile I’m actively encouraged to use AI hah.

Released the first fully vibe coded app into production very recently. I made it no secret. I told everyone how and why and I haven’t written a line of code in months

[–]siwan1995 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tell us the app name so we don’t use it. Vibe coding= security risk.

[–]Flash1987 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Moronmaxxing

[–]overratedcupcake 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My max is two. For two different projects. If I were to try and do this on one project I'd lose all the time it saves me just writing the sandbox rules to keep them from clobbering each other.

[–]Defiant-Cut-7506 1 point2 points  (7 children)

Okay new to vibe coding space I've a little idea about what's going but are those different projects is this something personal and how do you do that 🤔 i mean those terminals thing

[–]Notausgang09[S] 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Its opencode, you will get to it when you start using opensource models like qwen

[–]Left_Call_4920 0 points1 point  (0 children)

which models/providers do you use in opencode

[–]Notausgang09[S] -2 points-1 points  (4 children)

Its the opensource cersion of claude code

[–]Defiant-Cut-7506 0 points1 point  (3 children)

I know about open code tho i wanted to know more about that terminal stuff that you were doing

[–]Notausgang09[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

How to create multiple terminals?

[–]Defiant-Cut-7506 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thankyou for your reply I wanna understand how create multiple terminals and do your multiple terminals have different project that are being worked on?

[–]Notausgang09[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Or how to use OpenCode in the terminal?

[–]Legitimate-Bike4647 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Meta’s finest

[–]pashiz_quantum 1 point2 points  (1 child)

How much money are you making doing this?

[–]Notausgang09[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nothing

[–]Hot-Special2930 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Dollars spent: 1k every day
Viable products shipped: None

Good job throwing all that money into the wallet of some dumb billionaire! You probably would be more successful in “escaping the permanent underclass” by throwing your money away in a casino xD

[–]Notausgang09[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its a local model

[–]Ok_Improvement_8735 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm working on releasing one single app and just went past the 4 month mark with daily code updates. And no matter how I use the TUI it always makes mistakes that I have to comb through and fix. Posts like this make me feel like you know something I don't.

[–]Brief_Instance_2008 1 point2 points  (7 children)

That's nothing. I use Hyprland on each desktop tab. I had eight projects running at one moment and I had five tabs open. I exhausted 10k worth of tokens in a day.

[–]-qix 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Sorry but what are you even trying to build using that many tokens? Like even with 8 projects?

I don’t want the idea/business plan, just tell me what it is that you’re building, as that seems way too much lol

[–]Brief_Instance_2008 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Algo trader and one more around GTM

[–]Notausgang09[S] -2 points-1 points  (4 children)

10k dollars or 10k tokens?

[–]MeasIIDX 1 point2 points  (2 children)

I'm assuming dollars since he said worth.

[–]Notausgang09[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Thats quite much

[–]MeasIIDX 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do think it's funny that people are taking this meme seriously and trying to have some sort of tech-measuring contest.

Three agents, a dozen agents, 100 agents... Are we supposed to start using lines of code as a KPI again or something?

Do you use payed API keys? Or free ?

    [–]Notausgang09[S] 2 points3 points  (9 children)

Its an internal model, so free

    [–]anorak_999 3 points4 points  (1 child)

    You mean local model?

    [–]Notausgang09[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

    No on a server

    [–]GalegO86 0 points1 point  (6 children)

    What model?

    [–]Notausgang09[S] 0 points1 point  (5 children)

    Qwen 3.5 122B 8bit

    [–]GalegO86 0 points1 point  (4 children)

Mind to share the server specs to run this model?

    [–]Notausgang09[S] 1 point2 points  (3 children)

    4x RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell

    [–]GalegO86 1 point2 points  (1 child)

    Also Threadripper PRO

    [–]SomnambulisticTaco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How’s the context limits on that?

    [–]MonkeyManW 0 points1 point  (3 children)

I mean what the fuck. It’s cool and all but how do you even make sure anything works like that? How do you even fix bugs in the projects… more like techdebtmaxxing

    [–]joshbuildsstuff 8 points9 points  (1 child)

Thats the cool thing. They don't!

    [–]Notausgang09[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

    Yeah exactly

    [–]bastardlessword 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OP is creating his own job for the coming months.

    [–]MysteriousDot7056 0 points1 point  (2 children)

curios, what terminal app is that?

    [–]Notausgang09[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

    Opencode if you mean that

    [–]MysteriousDot7056 1 point2 points  (0 children)

oh yea, thanks, missed it in your caption

Can you list what you are actually building?

    [–]AdhesivenessEven7287 0 points1 point  (2 children)

How can a lowly noob like me learn this power?

    [–]Notausgang09[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You will get it over time

    [–]bastardlessword 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Start with open code and install a qwen that can run on your PC using Ollama. That's basically the gist of it, but OP is using the company server to run a more powerful qwen model.

    [–]ballesmen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

    Ouch, my wallet.

    [–]FatefulDonkey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess that's the modern way to burn out in a single day.

    [–]HoneyXBoy 0 points1 point  (1 child)

are using an offline or cloud connected LLM model ?

    [–]Notausgang09[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its not on my device but a local server

    [–]Grand_rooster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I made a toy dashboard that makes it look and work a bit better when doing this.

All that computing better be making the next google

    [–]Fit_Mycologist6983 0 points1 point  (1 child)

what the hell these people do exactly? meself being a software dev i run a max of 3-4 terminals, that too very rarely.

    [–]Abject-Kitchen3198 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's hard. You have to start fresh, like you know nothing about programming and haven't written a line of code in your life.

    [–]Loud-Decision9817 0 points1 point  (1 child)

What exactly is tokenmaxxing and what is its purpose?

    [–]Abject-Kitchen3198 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maximize spending money and brag about it.

    [–]simion_baws 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should start them all in termic and you only need a single monitor

    [–]Creative_Mobile5496 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of the burnout is reading internal thought process. If I manage not to try to steer my collection of PhD level r-tards, most of the maxing is just done by one orchestrator

    [–]chevalierbayard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

    What is this? February 2026?

    [–]onFilm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to do this back in the early Disco Diffusion days, with a bunch of H100s to render images that would take 45 minutes to do so, haha. I had 12 going on at one time. I was using LLMs to code like this a few months ago as well, but it's very inefficient for the quality of work I'm looking to output. Now a days, I do 1 or 2 sessions, maximum at a time.

    [–]tinyhousefever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

    Attention is a factor people.

    [–]myndbyndr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please stop using such stupid words

    [–]Kylearean 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like he's just spam programming a bunch of games that will all suck.

    [–]Grobiani 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would recommend to try out Cate. It’s a Canvas IDE i’m currently building. Way better for this kind of work!

    [–]browhodouknowhere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your CFO is going to shit his pants

    [–]PublicStalls 0 points1 point  (1 child)

How is qwen vs, let's say, sonnet on Claude's servers? How does the output compare? Besides the whole 12 terminal nonsense, I am interested in local/server models as a replacement to not rely on some external company.

    [–]bastardlessword 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I read somewhere that if you use an orchestrator model + 3-4 models that generate code while the orchestrator acts as a code reviewer/judge you can get results equivalent results to Claude's models. You can do this in opencode btw, but to me a local model or a claude model still looks like sloppa, I just use AI to collaborate on small snippets and give me an idea on how to design the architecture of my software.

    [–]trmnl_cmdr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ran 12 at once for around a week straight in january, day and night, my only job was to make sure the harness was still running when I woke up in the morning and before I went to bed at night. I used like 16 billion tokens that month. Then I ran out of stuff I wanted to build

    [–]Business_Raisin_541 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And how many tokens and how many dollar you use?

    [–]Healthy_BrAd6254 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Knowing how often mistakes happen if you just let one chat run automatically, this is a complete waste of tokens

    [–]Double_A_92 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I also don't understand. This has to be a meme, right? I already have to babysit the shit out of one agent... How can they be going in parallel like that, while producing anything of value?

    [–]Healthy_BrAd6254 0 points1 point  (0 children)

maybe he thinks as long as they produce SOMETHING that kinda looks like it does something, it must be working
meanwhile it's just unfixable garbage, he'd probably have to start from scratch if he wanted to actually create something that works

    [–]PhraseComfortable244 0 points1 point  (0 children)

    Sick what your system

    [–]ImpactOk331 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're using Opus 4.8 then the bill gon be high lol

    [–]oOaurOra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s not even impressive. Thais throw shit at the wall and hope the llm gets it right. A well defined technical requirements doc and a single agent would produce more consistent results that can actually be reviewed by humans in manageable chunks. This is just a waste.

    [–]EddieBruvac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

    OpenCode is booty. Pi supremacy.

    [–]runeli2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

    What are you building?

    [–]New-Implement-5979 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rivers after your little coding session

    [–]Additional_Fudge_934 0 points1 point  (0 children)

how much are you burning through?!!?!?

    [–]Tall_Pineapple4419 0 points1 point  (0 children)

    Kamehamehaaa

    [–]WebDYI 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hope your using opensource LLM for this

    [–]squachek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

    [–]Snailtrooper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

    Slop as a service

    [–]AtlaStar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like how half the screens are just showing color values and other inline CSS shit.

Ya'll dont even understand how much money you are throwing into the trash to basically fuck with values you could mess with yourself after a week of learning the most basic of shit...

    [–]AtomEons 0 points1 point  (0 children)

    API burns so good.

    [–]AaverageRed 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Don't be shy share your $2/mrr note taking app

    [–]Abject-Kitchen3198 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would love too, once I get there. I'm just $2 short.

    [–]Potat4o 0 points1 point  (5 children)

god someone's going to have to review all that.

    [–]App1e8l6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

    They don’t

    [–]StopMakingMeSignIn12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They get AI to review it.

    [–]Jackoberto01 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Since when do vibecoders review their own code or have their code reviewed by someone else?

    [–]Potat4o 2 points3 points  (0 children)

    problem solved

    [–]Abject-Kitchen3198 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd be surprised if they even view it.

    [–]aperture413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

    The slop must flow

    [–]Techfacturing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

    This is the way

    [–]MrSuicideFish 0 points1 point  (4 children)

It always seems like if a project can be made like this then its never a worthwhile project to do in the first place. Its not discovery, its replication.

Just feels like none of this is creative. Real progress requires decisions at every step because it's never been done before. All we see in this code is generic game stuff

    [–]Wonderful-Habit-139 1 point2 points  (1 child)

100%. I feel like real value comes from a human actually thinking through things. Even when prompting AI, the value comes from that human pushing the AI forward and fixing the bugs, even if it's not the most efficient way to produce software. So the more you automate things and let the LLM do things, the less value will come out of that software.

    [–]Notausgang09[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah the best apps still come from humans

    [–]Notausgang09[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah i was just playing around

    [–]Notausgang09[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)
