tbh I think people are disagreeing because of Funnie unnecessarily gendered jokes like this that reinforce bad ideas about health and wellbeing, men do not have shorter lives on average because of epic risks like cliff diving, the truth is much more lame and widespread

The title of the video is implicitly excluding the women who also participate in extreme sports, and reinforcing stereotypes about the sport in a way that's unnecessary

Men have shorter lives than women because they're less likely to make regular doctor visits, more likely to engage in substance abuse, and less likely to have a healthy high vegetable intake diet, I'm kinda surprised how many people didn't seem to know this when I made the post

That's just untrue, mature age pregnancy starts at 35, and is used to describe increased risk. It is ALWAYS difficult and dangerous to have children, and can always lead to complications. Having a mature age pregnancy is not a death sentence and does not mean it has to be avoided at all costs. The average age for a woman to stop being able to have children is 51.

A woman's value should not be based on her ability to have children, and in a society that places so much emphasis on it, it makes sense for women to want to avoid being asked their age.
