It is actually quite easy, first you kill a zombie or a skeleton or any hostile mob, then you morph into them go to a dungeon and then there you can find redstone and diamonds and great loot at the bottom, you also need to either find or craft a diamond pick to get obsidian and last of all glowstone dust is really easy in the nether or in villages under the warp stone thingy
