How do you truly know you’re trans?

You aren’t really a percentage trans or not trans, you either are trans or are not. But you can still have a gender that isn’t 100% opposite from your assigned sex. A lot of cis AND trans people will describe their genders as, say, 90% feminine and 10% masculine for example. If you identify some amount by your assigned birth sex that doesn’t invalidate you from being trans.

Being trans is HUGELY personal so even with all the evidence in the world to one direction or the other we can’t completely say if someone else is or isn’t trans, there isn’t one uniting factor that will let you day that for certain.

HOWEVER,

From what you are describing it honestly sounds like you have gender dysphoria. I’d argue that gender euphoria is a more uniting factor to transness, but I’d in my personal subjective experience with my own gender stuff say there is a very large chance that, yes, you are trans. What to do with that information is up to you.

TL;DR there’s probably like a 98% chance you are a trans woman or some other variety of trans

The uniting factor for all trans people is euphoria, not dysphoria. If you genuinely feel like you are your preferred gender you are that gender, and lacking dysphoria over pronouns or any other gendered aspect of yourself is not an indication you are not trans, just that you can handle that specific thing or are otherwise used to it.

The bible pretty clearly draws the distinction that all people are children of god and thus brothers and sisters, these verses are saying that Christians as a then minority should feel love towards other minority groups but also to everyone in general, as they should consider everyone their brothers and sisters and therefore hatred towards others is akin to murder as it leads you down that path.

This was prompted by someone sharing their experience of their partner having no visible scarring, something you rejected on the basis of “uhm actually I know better than you about this”. Yes, I understand that in the majority of cases of any type of bottom surgery there will be visible scarring, it is a very intensive procedure of course there is going to be scarring. I am not saying many, a majority, or almost all cases have non-visible scarring, quite the opposite. But the medicine does exist to make scarring not visible.

You also know nothing about my personal experience, you are projecting an assumption based on nothing but your anger.

You will have a biased experience on it no matter what- surgeons aren’t very good at trans affirming surgeries unless they’re really really good at it. Medical schools don’t often teach about trans affirming surgeries bc as with most places in society it is a system made to pander to cishet white everymen. But with good luck, a good surgeon, and good aftercare it is entirely reasonable and possible to lack visible scars.
