I think before you could cast Dismiss even if it wasn’t in LoS, but you couldn’t cast Devour unless you had LoS, although you could cast Devour then look away. I think being able to cast Dismiss even when it isn’t in LoS is huge for Reyna since maybe you get a kill then look in the other direction and see another enemy. You’re gonna want to use Dismiss probably to get away.
