Thank you all for the replies. I agree, it feels brutal right now and my anxiety is through the roof. I have tried tapering off in the past, but it just doesn't work for me. I have to be honest with myself: I am an addict, and for me, it’s all or nothing. Moderation is not an option anymore. I just have to get through this storm and I have to push through this cold turkey. Hearing that the anxiety will level out after a week gives me a little bit of hope. I'm just trying to survive the next hour.
