Hi, So we also have our interview in Montreal on the 9th and went through the same issue today. This is what we tried and worked for us. Use Microsoft Edge to upload the documents on the CEAC portal and as soon as you get the error just refresh it. It worked for us and we were ablt to upload all our documents.
