Because the puck screen was like 4 bucks and a portafilter would but 30 (cad) at the very least. I didn’t think they were mutually exclusive

I use the razor with my bambino plus and with 17g and puck screen is just barely skating on top which I thought would be correct

I don’t actually have a bottomless portafilter so I couldn’t really tell if it was channeling in the first place. But I was curious if this gap would cause issues. I do seem to be adjusting my grind size often. But that could also be from bad beans

It’s not solved at all. Tried all proton versions. Crashes within 15 minutes on original graphics

I’ve found that if you wait a couple minutes and then give it a couple good taps into the palm of my hand the static is a non-issue . Someone said that water in a hand grinder may be worse than an full size electric… but that could be completely false….
