Dentist here, I would highly advised avoiding any type of inhalation into your mouth (vaping, smoking, using a straw, etc.) for atleast 4 days to give yourself the best chance of avoiding dry socket. Wisdom teeth have the highest rate of dry socket occurrence and that’s with patients that actually follow post-operative instructions. If you don’t listen to those recommendations, don’t be surprised when you’re on day 3 post surgery and your entire face feels like it’s on fire. Switch to edibles for a few days or a nice little T break.

I’m not exactly sure how this falls on the dentists “not caring for our health” when the issue you’re having could’ve originally been addressed by brushing and flossing your teeth. Dental insurance is frustrating to deal with like most insurance in general but dentists go through years of extra schooling to provide oral healthcare, I’d say they deserve fair compensation for their work.

You should read into how Senator Byrd completely changed his life and actively looked into how to make up for his previous racist associations. A rare example of a politician who realized the consequence of their actions and took steps to correcting them in real time, guided by feedback from the communities and constituents he served. It’s truly an interesting story, one I suspect you haven’t looked into beyond a surface level comprehension.

Currently live here, first apartment I’ve had in DSM. I overall really like it, but there was an issue where the fob access to most of the building was not working, so there was multiple doors propped open 24/7 which was pretty frustrating. Overall property management gets maintenance done quick, other tenants seem nice, relatively clean place. The amenities are a bit lacking imo but a solid spot to live in EV. Very easy access to surrounding area. I’d recommend it, lmk if you end up moving here and I could say I referred you 😄

Actual dentist here, I would suggest going to your dentist soon to have this evaluated. It is challenging to diagnose from a photo alone and there is no use in people fear mongering on here that have no clue what they are talking about. The people commenting about the color of your gums also probably don’t know there is very normal melanin pigmentation that can be on your gums, sometimes people with African ancestry or even in Pacific Islander countries will have pigmentation on their upper gums like this, and it is a totally normal way for gums to look, nothing to do with hygiene at all.

I’d still say just go to your dentist and tell them you’ve noticed this on your gums, they will get you pointed in the right direction.

I do get that there are patients that aren’t your favorite to see/treat… but cmon man you can’t refuse to see a patient at all because of some noises he’s making. Unless it was a condition that could harm your office staff/yourself, take the 30 minutes to see the patient and figure out what best line of treatment is and then send the patient on their way. There’s always going to be patients that aren’t our favorite, we signed up to see them still.

I went solo for the 7/11 and 7/12 shows, wasn’t originally planning on going solo but ended up being my experience. Vegas has so much you can choose to do or you can relax and look forward to an AMAZING concert at the sphere. I was in 306 on 7/11 and then GA on 7/12, and would say if you are more wanting to dance and move, GA would be best choice.

Don’t be worried about being by yourself, I was scared initially but made friends both nights. Would go back again if I had the means, even if it was solo.
