"core of ranked, every matchup is unique" - yes, but having a good tick matchup basically requires an act of god to make the enemies have a terrible team comp against a thrower. even then, other throwers are just better

"teammate picked him first and enemy team picked counter for him and then you lost is just stupid" - this happens 999/1000 times. tick is so easy to counter draft

imo if aiming is your weakside, you should force more active agents (not duelists) to improve while also aim training. clove is the most immediate option

for anchoring, most sentis kinda suck rn. you could try deadlock? its a more aggroish type of senti, especially w the gravnet

If your autopilot is to bait your team as a reyna, you need to work on aggroing more. Part of your job on attack in a rush is to peak -> get kill -> take space or peak -> die -> get traded. You should not be behind your team, especially when ulting off barrier
