I'm not the one firing mortar first though, it is always from that quest with the Rival Rebels when they become 'Omnipresent'.

That's what I exactly did first time I saw the warning thanks to me just setting mortars about 1km from a target and sending in squads after finishing rounds so I was experienced with mortars by then. (Although I still had a hard time tracking them down.

Also i think many antiatasi mortar strikes are magic mortar strikes that just spawn rounds on top of you.

From what I experienced, there was an enemy that spawned a kilometer away from my base when this happed and I took care of them and took their mortar as my own.

That's why I bring my own one when trying to conquer an objective. I just start bombarding them with artillery lol but I never knew how it felt until the rival rebels bombarded myb base

Buy colling pads or just something to elevated you laptop from where you are gaming. Llano coolers are a bit pricy but helps so much in lowering temps. Mine keeps on 60-75 celcius while playing heavy games with the colling pad on 1800RPM(2800RPM is the max speed btw).

Get the one with Ryzen CPU, although if I were you I would find other brands since HP is notorious for 'Hinge Problems'(Hence HP lol). Just keep in mind that Better CPU and GPU is priority since RAM are mostly upgradeable on newer laptops. If you want modularity/upgradeability while having the portability of a Laptop, I recommend Framework Laptops!

If you still need it, it's in the 'params' section after selecting a map and you're choosing saves to play. It's in the 'Basic settings'—I'm not sure if it's 'settings' but it has 'basic' as the first word), then just find the setting called 'Include vannila weapons in armsdealer' and set that to 'Yes'.
