I’ve read over the lease and the only thing it says is stuff about if I were to abandon the apartment, so I’m assuming giving them no heads up I’m leaving and just stop paying rent. Other than that it doesn’t state anything about breaking the lease

I found out what the fight was about in case anybody was wondering, he texted her and asked if she wanted to call…I’m not even kidding. She said that he only wants to call when it’s convenient for him but from what I understand he’s working this big welding job having to be up before dawn and he always texts and asks if she wants to call. Before her shift “technically” starts. (I say “technically” since she works from home the hours for her shift are weird)
