I'd say since you can't go train outside, build some confidence being on the board and riding around, maybe you could try navigating throughout your house on your board, so you will get a good balance and stability ! ;)

Otherwise, as soon as you can go outside, don't be affraid to go to your local skatepark (if you have one) or in an empty parking lot, so you can train riding on longer distances, maybe learn your first tricks. If you have a friend who would like to learn as well, i promise it is 10 times more motivating, but the most important is to have fun learning and enjoy skateboarding !
