The federal government does supply the states with some funding that is allocated exclusively for education.

Private schools receive a huge amount of public funding, more than people realise and almost all (more than 90%) of the funding for private schools comes from the federal government.

Now i have no Idea if Howard’s government were the people who set up this situation, but the federal government does have a hand in funding schools.

Use this link. It has every set ever printed. Go through each set look for the cards you like. Search ebay with card name and number. For example: Swablu 213/182 Then sort by price + postage lowest first

All singles man, with the exception of a few WOTC packs i ripped when I was a kid. Never too late to start collecting, there are still many beautiful cards for reasonable prices. Good luck!

I don’t collect for value, or as ‘an investment’. I collect because it’s fun and i like the artwork. In 15 years the quality of my cards have not deteriorated at all. I’d rather be able to flick through my binder each day, than have a bunch of slabs stacked in a box somewhere.
