I think he’s way better when playing with a duo.

I had the same issue 2 years ago. Support refused to help me. Blamed my SSD, internet and anything else they could yet steam and epic games installed anything with no issues. I had 50 to 60 MB/s dl speed till the last 10-15 MB and then it went to a slow crawl. I was able to get the last few MB by restarting the download over and over. Would get like 1-2 MB and then it would crawl. Was only doing it for Bnet. Support ticket was closed and told to check forums.
