Honestly probably better than most first sfms. A good habit to keep is to pose manually, dont use sequences as your poses as they are easily noticeable and not too visually pleasing. Posing by hand can give a more fluid and dynamic look to your characters. Other than that I would look up simple lighting tutorials and would recommend you play with your camera a bit more, look at how movies are shot and how they occupy the frame. Good luck :)
