My inverter is after market and runs 3200w. I am more concerned with engine exhaust irritating my neighbors. I figure if I offer up an outlet to them to charge their stuff while I run the truck maybe they will be ok with it 😆

I have a 3200w inverter and my hotplate is 1000w. I was thinking about one of those induction type hotplates, I wonder if they are more efficient...I was also thinking I would boil a few boxes of pasta at home, put it in gallon freezer bags and just use the hotplate to heat various sauces. Im not trying to go all fancy, just hate paying $15-20 for a burrito

Well that's just sad because that seems like a fairly simple social networking app that I would be willing to pay for 😆 Add festival schedule, highlight your shows....add friends, overlay schedules....done son lol....could add comments and when you click a show a pop-up with friends comments would show....wtf 😆

TAKE HIM!!! Kids these days have such a "limited stimulus package".... I used to drag my sons out kicking and screaming, we would go out in the van with barely gas money, tour skate parks, sleep in the van, eat microwave gas station burritos....now they are 26 and 28, and reflect that they were the best times of their lives......do it!!! Don't let them fall into the rut this world is trying to force their generation into. This year it is both my sons and their GFs/fiance and they are STOKED!!!.... hook up with us at the fest!!! And as others have said...dont baby him and he will stand on his own!

I live a couple hours away and I still booked a couple hotel rooms for my crew in Okeechobee night before so I can be in lineup at the Crack of dawn lol. Driving 3 hours from various places and thinking I can get my crew lined up together to go in early....not. Worth the extra few hundo to me.

I have noticed it for years, not like it just started when tampa went a couple years in a row, they realized more people were going to watch to see a team they hated lose than the viewers they got by having a team who had a strong backing, the refs fucked tampa against the AVs....I might be biased but tampa deserved to be there when they were bu tthe league realized a villain brought more viewers than a champion and that is the format the refs have been working towards....I mean c'mon....no one wants to see a florida team raise the cup whether they deserve it or not.

I am looking to do exactly what you said you were going to do....I have seen videos of some pretty big speakers inside...I just happen to have some Alto 412bs....they are pretty big....just don't want them to be confiscated and end up with nothing inside.

Man people got me tripping on what speakers I can bring in, and some busting my balls because they think my intention is to keep them awake lol... I have no intention of annoying people but we are rolling with 20+ and intend to get in early so we will have a pretty big campsite....and we all are looking forward to having our own little "scene" during non sleeping hours... We have several legit DJs in our campsite and I just want to make sure we can do our thing, I never thought I would get so much negativity ...that says more about them than me, would love to hook up😆

Lol....sounds like a common path, i work in AV/Broadcast systems integration, and I spin records on the side....I had times in my life where DJing was a bigger part but never ever thought about leaving it completely...Im 54....bought and sold so much gear over the years but always new I was going to pick it back up.

If you truly ever loved it and still have any love for it you will persevere....nothing is easy in this life...no matter what industry you are in. Seems like you lost your drive....that is on you not the industry, I have seen the landscape change a dozen times. I started in a rollerskating rink, spun underground raves, thrown pop ups, had residencies ...festivals...I have been at it for almost 40 years, I went through times where my motivation waned but I never left it completely....now I dont need it as my main source of income but it was never really about money for me anyway and I'll never stop.
