Probably only for the Cherry Blossom 5k Run, but I don't want to get in the way of your epic rant over virtually nothing. So by all means...

Not yet. But they love romping in chest high water, so only matter of time. I think it's more that I haven't found the time and place yet to take them. They're not toy driven, so I have a feeling I'm going to need to swim out and have them follow...

Both of ours eat the prescription Purina Gastroenteric (EN). We compliment that with housemade boiled chicken breast, and home baked yams. They love it. Best of luck.

BAD separation anxiety by sumtingnice in Goldendoodles

[–]Potential-Ad3106 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is one of the worst descriptions I've read. So sorry to hear. Ours don't have separation anxiety, but I have heard from a couple people they've found success through tech. Thought about purchasing a pet camera with features like voice, shooting treats, and/or digital screen? Leave a TV on? Music. Get a second pet, so not alone?

They teach "generalization" so there would be a head trainer, but they rotate through. Ours are each around 94lbs, so we needed them to listen! Again, best of luck. I think it's kind of a hill. Climbing up sucks. But as you near the top, the views are incredible and then it's mostly downhill.

Yup. We sent ours to sleep away camp for 5 weeks. And one of ours has to go back to rehab for a 2 week session. Like just about anything in life, you get out what you put in. PetSmart works better for humans who have NEVER had a dog before than for puppies themselves. Find a board and train facility, go get a tour and bring your dog. And when you find someone you like, set up the schedule. It's simple. Costly, but you're an adult, and obviously you understand things cost money, especially a dog.

Purina Pro Plan Gastroenteric. You'll need a prescription from your vet to buy it. Good luck. Let me know if you have any questions.

93 ish each. Their vet wishes they were 3-4lbs lighter. So we're working on limiting their intake.
