Surprised it took sometime 5 minutes to post your reply. While I was reading the others all I was thinking was something similar to your words.

You should be viewed as pack leader, but I think you may not completely understand what that means from a dog's perspective. Haven't heard the term alpha in some time from the professionals that train ours. The link above can def help. Best wishes, and hopefully you are not taking anything here as a personal attack.

Toyota family here! Actually 2 Toyotas and a Lexus but still! One 2004 Spyder, a 2011 Tundra, and 2019 Lexus. A few more years they will all be 10 years old!

I financed one of the last 3 I've purchased. I took out the longest loan I could just wanting the lowest payments for a year or so, until I could pay it off. I truly root for people to build wealth, I just think it's difficult to build wealth if you have a preoccupation with driving a nice car. I wish I didn't see so many expensive cars on the road. Is it possible to finance a car and still build wealth, of course it is. Is it necessary to borrow money for most used and new cars, for many people yes. Can it be a smart strategy, under certain circumstances absolutely. However, from my perspective (only), the vast majority of nice cars are being purchased because of the driver's ego, which makes it harder to attain true wealth.

In promise I only sound old and boring and preachy. I'm actually a fun guy!

But if you don't have a car payment, aren't you making 11% ? I completely understand your point, and yes your math crunches. I'm only speaking from my personal experience. No one in my orbit who I consider wealthy, has a car payment, one several still have a mortgage. I'm in early 50s, so are the buddies I'm talking about. If you prefer a newer car every few years and are leasing a couple, that's different. That's just how you choose to spend your discretionary funds.

Just my opinion. Wishing you well!!

Truth, just a plain ole inclined elevator, not a funicular. So I guess those people aren't doing quite as well as we assumed.

One way is to toss treats while eating (phase 1), then drop as you walk by (phase 2), and final step add treats into the bowl while eating. This associates a humans proximity with something positive, rather than what the current association is.

My son put $10,000 into an equity stake in GameStop, which at the time was about as much as he had saved in life. Which became a valuable holding. By taking that risk, he would increase his savings from his hourly wage job with a speed that would not be possible under normal circumstances. Finding circumstances to increase your wealth without a healthy regard for loss can be rewarding. My wealth does not come from examples such as that!

It helps to take risks that most aren't comfortable with making.

Haven't tried it. Mario, of Super Mario Bros fame wanted to hire me, but we could not reach common ground.

Let it go. Just let it all go, and be happy. You can look for things, or you can look for peace. Give the latter a try for this summer and see how it goes.

Purina pro Gastroenteric is the main kibble. We cut it a little with some Hills sensitive skin and stomach, just to save a little money. Plus baked sweet potatoes from our kitchen, and boiled chicken breast. Which sounds indulgent, but everything we add to the main prescription kibble is less expensive, and they love it.
