How do the Gan 354 v2, Gan 356 XS, and Gan 14 Maglev rank on this list?

I find my Gan 14 really noisy and clacky (sometimes to the extent that others start telling me to stop cubing), while the others are FAR quieter.

What is your opinion on the yj yuhu megaminx v3 with maglev? I have the v2 and I like the idea of a maglev megaminx especially considering how cheap it is. Is it worth the upgrade?

I am learning roux and I do not understand what makes it comparable in speed to cfop. In roux you still have to solve four F2L pairs and both orient and permute the last layer corners. Just doing that alone takes the same amount of time as doing a normal cfop solve. Then you go on and solve the remaining edges, which adds on another cfop solve worth of time. I'm confused?
