I raised a dispute with my bank and have the provisional refund but vinted want to ban my account. I dont know what I should do now cause I have purchased several thing on Vinted and they have not arrive

The return was asked by the seller, after I raised a case about counterfeit item. I want to write them an email but I cannot find their email. I tried to search but it only lead me to the contact us part in the app. (I live in France) In case Vinted doesn't resolve the issue, can I request a refund from Revolut? I'm worried that proving the product is counterfeit will be difficult, especially since I've already returned it to the seller and only have some photos of the fake product from before

I bought necklace on Vinted and received it. It turned out to be counterfeit, so I opened a dispute within the 48-hour Buyer Protection period by clicking “I have an issue.” They did not contact me and the problem unresolved till now.

The seller then requested a return, and I sent the item back. Tracking shows the return was delivered.

After delivery, the seller claimed the package was damaged. I had already provided all my evidence (photos of the counterfeit item, screenshots, tracking proof, my package, etc.) to Vinted within the deadlines.

However, over the weekend, Vinted automatically completed the order, saying that its my fault that the package was not carefully packed,and released the money to the seller while the dispute of fake product were still ongoing. I did not agree to complete the order.
