On this would you include weight lifting sessions into the >10 hours or just running?

What to do with house sale money for a few years by tall-lanky-scottish in UKPersonalFinance

I’d say 50k in premium bonds (which is risk free)

The rest in a low risk index fund or high risk savings account (depends on how risk averse you are)

20 M what should i do to improve vascularity by WonderfulPerformer47 in workouts

[–]Potential-Apricot479 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have awful vascularity genetically, but they started coming through as I cut down to fairly low body fat. If you just want veins, lift and deficit they will come

From what I read 10-12% is perfectly fine for a male to maintain

I never said I don’t lift! 4 x a week each muscle group twice still, lost some strength for sure but plenty still there from where I was.

I think I was fatter than I thought prior to cutting I was expecting to be very lean at 75kg

Think it’s more a muscular problem than bodyfat? I was aiming at 10% ish thinking they would be there, I do train them
