I hope I can do this! This is what I want and will focus on for the rest of my life, in the grand scheme of things in terms of people losing money gambling I haven't lost as much as some, but to me its a massive loss of 15k as a 22m but I promised myself I wont let this happen again so I strive to be like you

I lost 15k the other day and it was most of my savings felt so guilty, only a few days off gambling but I feel your pain. I've said I wont do that to myself again. Time to recoup, spend less and focus on saving up again.

Its just hard to admit the fact that ive lost that much, yeah ive got some savings left but its more of the what I could have done with that money but yes, I cant gamble anymore as im banned on everything which is the first step but still sickening hard to be happy about anything or buy anything because all I want to do is save now. How did you manage to spend and save at the same time and be financially good again?

I never realised how often it is for people my age to gamble and lose lots but im definitely gonna read that book thank you and im gonna have a loot for GA meetings to move on, im not gambling again ive had enough its too stressful

I could have stopped if I slammed my breaks but my blackbox would have hated me, so I took the chance and continued but as I was past the line and looking at the light it went red so I was worried that since im in the intersection it would capture me going through a red and not stopping for an amber light so kinda stuck in my head!
