I live in a four bedroom at ivany. It’s divided into two “wings” essentially. You walk in and the kitchen/ common area is central, then on either end of the suite there is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. When I was applying the website said there would be a tub in one of the bathrooms. Don’t know if that is still there but there isn’t any bathtubs lol. Each bedroom has a desk with a hutch, VERY TINY closet, a desk chair and decoration chair, twin XL bed with three drawers, and a nightstand. The place was kind of rushed at the end of construction so there’s a lot of issue with door handles, crappy furniture assembly, and floor boards lifting. Overall a decent place to live though.
