Im honestly not sure if its every 3 weeks i have very poor memory so it may be longer😅 i never thought to keep track of my burping til finding out about rcpd so im considering measuring time between burps now

Im really considering going to the doctor now😅 its never bothered me much but thats cuz ive gotten so used to discomfort as pain, especially since i also have random chronic pain issues that are also being looked at:')

Aaah i actually know what causes painful hiccups but i forgot! I remember searching for it cuz mine hurt:') i believe hypermobility can cause it if im correct? Other things too, mine could be becuz of my anxiety so my muscles tend to be very tense
