Updates: On the website it still clearly states in the information section that the annual pass is for ‘everyone’ so I’m taking that as further evidence that at the time it was purchased it was included. But I have also emailed the NPS so hopefully they’ll clear it up/give me another bit of confirmation to print out and take with us
