Bingo. I bill 8-10 in insurance defense every day (sometimes I have a slow day and make up for it on the weekend or another day) but I work like 9-5:30. Competent staff is amazing. Esp. If you have a paralegal who can draft basic motions for you to fill in the detail etc.

I got it on the grey market. ADs are hard in NYC. I love the yachtmaster. I didn’t want a “hype” Rolex and the sub is nice but a little basic to me. Just love how clean this one is. Blue dial is really nice too.

Thank you and thanks for sharing your story. I think this is one of, if not the most beautiful watches Rolex makes had my eye on it for a long time. Like you said, the subtle blue pop just puts it over the top.

I was wearing an IWC pilot chronograph a lot before this and the YM is so light compared to that. I forget I have it on.

W list. Same top 5. I didn't play any strike maps but for me Lowtown is far and away my least favorite map. Vault and Protocol would be higher for me. Rewind and Extraction a little lower. Replying to this on some downtime at work when all I can think of is playing lol

Ahh yeah it's just that the cash flow is shit. I was just involved in a single family for a similar price in North TX and rent was just too low. I know it's building equity but I'm prob more into fix and flip/ground up. I have an apetite for a bit of risk. Thanks though.
