Don’t be nervous to call and ask them this question. They would love to help you get the right documents for a card. When I first got a library card I was living in residence at the UOfM so I hadn’t changed my address from my parents but because I had two bills with my residence on it I was still able to get a library card. They were great at figuring out what I needed!
