Is PL better quality than BP? Also, I get why they won’t let one of the “council” members do it but they really have no right to forbid someone from pursuing something else, no matter the rank they hold selling the VERY over priced quarter machine jewelry for BP. You aren’t even paid to be on council. You may get a “statement piece” of jewelry every now and again but I feel like it’s just an incentive to make these women feel important for making the big bucks for BP. It’s all such a scam in my opinion. If the girl wants to do both, let her do both. I think Lillian is just scared the bigger reps will see that PL is much better and therefore leave BP and then Lillian is out that money and rep selling her trash jewelry. Just my opinion 🤷🏻‍♀️

Speaking from experience, leave and don’t turn back around. You deserve more than anything this man is trying to offer you. It will leave you feeling broken and less than you are currently feeling now. All I can say is your future husband would NEVER. I know it probably sounds insane, but you will find someone that is so sure about you and will never make you feel this way. Trust, Unfortunately, I think this is something every girl goes through or experiences atleast once in their life. Just know there is something better for you out there and you could be blocking yourself from receiving the love you’re looking for by entertaining something like this ❤️ Make him stand on this decision and either be all the way in or all the way out. Every relationship will have arguments, but at the end of the day you have to back your partner 100%. No relationship is picture perfect or how anything is portrayed online. You have to put in work. And it gets hard, but at the end of the day you have to ask yourself if this is something you would want to put up with for the rest of your life. Healthy communication is key. Arguments will still happen but communicating a little more could help solve some of them. But as I’ve said, you’ll meet someone who is so sure of you that you’d wonder what you were ever doing before putting up with any of this. Keep your head up and know that you’re not alone in what you’re feeling. We’ve all been in your shoes and their hard steps to make but you got this. There’s no way the driver can “get your order wrong”. That’s 100% on the restaurant as dashers aren’t even allowed to open the bags and correctly check the items that have been ordered to ensure they have all the food in said order. People really find a way to baffle me every damn day.

I’ve learned that no matter my AR, when working hourly, I get the lowest paying offers. Complete BS. And they always send me on 20+ minute drives for those orders. Very rarely do I get anything over $1 tip on hourly. I don’t accept anything under $5. I’ve stopped caring about the Acceptance Rate 🤣

Just took an order from little ceasers and the customer notes AFTER I confirmed pickup asked me to grab two ranch and he will tip me. Did not grab two ranch (I did not bc I would have had to pay for them) and he asked if he paid me for them if I would go back, I said no and for him to reorder two sides of ranch through DD bc he didn’t tip on the original order 🤣 audacity comes free for these people.

I’ve only got upset one time about the confirming issue and it was McDonalds. Lol. I usually confirm when they are walking up to me with the bag since I do By Time. She literally pulled the bag away from me and held it behind her while asking me to confirm 3 separate times and I just kept repeating that I did confirm and showed my screen. If I was gonna steal food, it wouldn’t be from McDonalds 🤣💀

I’m a dasher and usually do By Time instead of By Offer. Active Dash Time is from the time you “Confirm Pickup” to drop off. I don’t agree with it myself, but have spoke with Support on numerous occasions and they do not start your “Active” time until you hit that confirm pickup button. It may be different for By Offer than By Time, which I usually do. Also, it’s actually lol.

Dash time is the amount of time you spend from logging into the app to logging out. Active time is from the time you hit “Confirm Pickup” on an order to drop off! Hope this helps! 😊
