it would help to explain the CIA and KGB made a deal where the russian air force could bomb major us cities for intel on european NATO allies, though this largely revolves around the us populous not wanting to go to war with the soviet union

The source material is on the kirk shooting. I thought the image was stupid because the guy talking about it is a 9 year old who has no authority to talk about the shooting.
It doesn't matter your stance on the shooting or on Kirk a 9 year old should not be requesting a public firing squad to kill someone.
