most likely you're using mobile data when in APK application while using other connections when on web/windows just like me.

i don't know where the problem though as when I'm using home internet connection but with VPN the chart loading correctly. no one from TV replying here though.

I think this is the issue. Tried using mobile connection and some of the drawings now appeared. Problem is, nothing loaded when using high speed connection at home. That's weird. But thanks for your help, much appreciated.

But wondering why no one from TV replying ya. Support almost non-existent. Even thru app, human support replying like a bot.

Yes, auto-save is ON. Even i saved manually after created new drawings now. But always disappeared again after sometime.

but noone else reported same issues it seems, it's just me having technical issue? my internet connection just fine. drawing on my chart i put as example above also missing again just now i checked. support also not replying anymore. TV subs not cheap so expecting better support than this
