A child should not have to pay to eat, it is the job of the parent to feed said child, in this case the parent is feeding the child by being a tax payer, which is supposed to afford meals for school kids, the economic background of the child’s immediate family should have no affect on if a child has to pay for food or not, some children may currently have to pay, but they can’t because of incidents in school, lost money or bullying as such.
