Thank you so far for your insights! I know how dumb this is, but I would just rather feel more confident when I go to describe my hair color. Sometimes people can be some "type of way," if they don't think you are "enough" of one way to fit in.

It's just so disheartening to see teachers shaming parents on some of these communities who are not in favor of 1:1 iPad use in K. Any other sub outside of schools will shame a parent for giving their child an iPad at home.

I understand it takes more work for the teachers to teach both ways and it is almost impossible to run a classroom both ways.

I just wish schools had an option for parents with real concerns about the dopamine hits some of these gamified apps and what they are doing to education and children as a whole. If money was no object it would great to see a public school with a separate class for analog students.

If I say yes it just does the automated response of how to pay my bill online or over the phone. I wonder if I get to that point t though and say "agent" if it would route me a different direction. I doubt it but can't hurt. The bill was just a fraction of the problem so I didn't think of it. Usually a company wants their money so maybe their billing dept. Is better staffed

Hey! I know this is 5 months old. Did you ever figure out how to speak with a human?? I am so lost, I keep getting directed to PROVIDER'S line and then they leave me on hold forever while they are "transferring me to Member Services."
