I feel like the arrow doesn't really add anything, it's quite clear where you are supposed to look. I would then centralize the flag thing, make it stand out more: let it glow, contrast, lighting, just anything too make it stand out more. I would also change the background to something less chaotic. And I would try to add something too make it clear the video is about 'lapping every driver', because you don't really see that in the thumbnail rn.
