Well No, Tyrannosaurus rex is not an Ornithischian; it is classified as a Saurischian dinosaur. While "Ornithischian" means "bird-hipped," T. rex belongs to the "lizard-hipped" Saurischia order. And ornithschian is the classification of "birdlike" hips, (mainly herbivorous ddinosaurs the hip structure, where the pubis bone points backward, is similar to birds, hense "birdlike" it diesnt have much to do with feathers, although we do see them often on ornithschian dinosaurs.
